No worries, it happens! If a payment doesn’t go through, we’ll send you an email right away so you can update your payment info. If we don't hear back, we will give you a call! Once your card is updated, your subscription will automatically retry and your order will be back on track. Until then, nothing will ship, so you never have to worry about surprise charges.
