How do I track my order?Updated 2 months ago

Once your order has been processed by your shipping carrier, you will receive an email with your order details, tracking number, and a link to your tracking page.

Your personal account through Olivelle will also keep track of all of your orders and tracking information in case the confirmation email gets lost!

If you're using your shipping confirmation email, just click on the tracking number link. If you're using your account, find the order you wish to locate and click the 'Track Shipment' button.

Tracking information may not be immediately available after your order is placed. We try our best to ship orders within 1-2 business days but it can take an additional 24 hours for the number to become active in our system. If you don't see any updates right away, please be patient and check back later.
