Since your Olivelle account is tied to your email, it’s not something you can update on your own because we want to make sure none of your rewards points get lost in the switch!
If you need to update your email, just reach out to our customer service team. We’ll happily update it for you and ensure all your points transfer over smoothly.
Just a heads up: While your points will move with you, past order history from your old email won’t carry over. Let us know how we can help!
