How do I add a gift note to my order?
After adding items to your cart, look for the “ADD A GIFT NOTE” section. That’s where you can add a sweet gift message! Don’t worry, we’ll get it, but it won’t show up in your confirmation email.
Can I send the same gift to multiple people?
Unfortunately, we can’t ship one order to multiple addresses. Each address needs a separate order. But hey, more gifts to go around!
How do I use a discount code?
Using a discount code is easy! Just follow these steps:. Add your favorite Olivelle goodies to your cart. Click the Shopping Cart icon to begin checkout. Look for the 'Discount Code' box usually on the right or near the total. Enter your code and cli
My discount code isn’t working!
Don't panic! Here's what to check:. Double-check for typos (codes are case-sensitive). Make sure the code hasn’t expired. Some codes only work on specific products or require a minimum order.
Can I use a discount on a sale item?
Usually, discount codes don’t stack with items already marked down. But if we ever run a special promo where they do, you’ll be the first to know. Especially if you're on our email list!
Can I edit or add anything to my order?
We try to get your orders out the door as fast as possible, but if you need changes, let us know as soon as possible. We can’t guarantee any changes once it’s been packed, but we’ll try!
My billing address is incorrect!
Unfortunately, we can’t change the billing address once your order’s placed (for security reasons). If your order’s already processed, no worries! It’ll still ship out as usual. But if you want to update it, we’ll need to cancel and re-enter the orde
